When Real Life Bites You...

My new cosy little hobby corner.

Apologies for the lack of updates guys. Real life problems reared their ugly heads and gave my motivation to hobby a severe blow. I lost my first real (and awesome) job where I worked for three years with great joy and the colleagues were like a family to me. Luckily with these digital times, we regularly contact each other.
Anyways, I had to move everything from my room to my parents house and of course all the stuff you have to take care off when you're jobless ate up all my hobby time.
But even bad things come to an end and I've got my motivation back and managed to work on some hobby related stuff. And last but not least, I have some perspective on a possible new job in the near future! So good news after all. Time to get crackin' then!

I worked on some several things last week (painting and convertion wise) and will spread these out over a few posts. So watch this space!

  1. Sorry to hear about your job. Hopefully the lead on the new job turns out well for you. Moving back in with the parents is never a highlight in adult life, no matter how well you get along with them! Your painting corner looks nice though, and I suppose you'll have a bit more time on your hands for a little while to spend there :-)

    1. Thanks for the heads up Paul! Yeah, moving back to your parents again is not something to be excited about. Oh well, gonna make the best of it and hope that I'll be working again soon :D

  2. Its the world we live in today I am afraid.

But as you say, bad times only last so long and you'll be fully on the up again.

    Good Luck!
